He acts as the pivot for the transmission of intellectual tradition and technical skills from generation to generation and helps to keep the lamp of civilization burning”. In New Era Sr. Sec. School Parol the ideals and attitudes of the administrators and staff enable in bringing about a positive change in the over all behaviour of the students by leading them to a lofty character and to exemplary morals. Over the years our school has evolved a holistic approach as we have developed systems to monitor the students health nutritional status, well being, academic and non –academic progress. The status of students when they enter school and after they leave school is also part of our concern. School maintains ‘the human touch’ with students who pass out of the school. Many senior Newerians are invited to deliver motivational talks to students so that the students are aware about the environment outside the protected walls of ‘New Era Sr. Sec. Parol’. The norms that have been set are based on educational principles and on principles of equality and justice. All systems of the school accelerate the learning process in children. A large number of students participate in the morning assembly through prayer, news reading, lectures, and Thoughts. Positive qualities like team spirit, sportsmanship, co-operation etc make them an asset to the society and nation. Students are taken out on educational tours form time to time to enrich their knowledge by exposing them to the outside world. We at New Era Sr. Sec.
