“A teacher is like a candle, who burns himself to provide light to others”. Its a fact that teachers are the guiding force towards the success and learning of students. They serve as real light and help them to build as dazzling future of the nation. They instill values in their students which ultimately helps them to reach their ultimate goals. I feel that teaching is a huge responsibility and as teachers we should make sure that the students are comfortable with the teaching learning process. We should create a positive learning environment where a curious student feels free to ask whatever he wants to and the teacher responds in an understandable and healthy manner. Therefore, it would not be wrong to say that the building block of a strong teacher-student relationship is effective communication. The level of understanding and respect that exists between the two also plays a vital role in developing a positive teacher-student relationship. Students often have high regards for their teachers apart from their parents. Let’s work together and play an important role in building students’ personality and develop a relationship that determines their academic and emotional growth. Let our students grow as mature and wise contributors to overall prosperity of this nation.
